BioThis is journal for rpg in the Torchwoods community.

Hair: Brown -- very long
Background - Samantha is from an alternate Earth. She is psychic. Her
family realized this when she was quite young, and sheltered and
protected her. She was mostly home-schooled, but graduated from
college at a ridiculously early age and got her CPA. She has her own
firm, with several employees. She is successful by her own standard,
which is making a good living for herself and her employees while
leaving time for her hobbies, which are numerous. [Aikido, dancing,
music, lots of crafts, gaming, science fiction conventions... she's a
girly geek.]
Samantha started aikido lessons at a ridiculously young age, and it
helped her develop her self control. Her psychic talents were under
control by the time she was ten. They increased somewhat when she hit
puberty, but she was able to get them under control quickly.
She only needs about four hours of sleep a night, and needs to do a
lot of exercise to burn off her energy; around four hours a day. [If
she doesn't get the exercise, she gets fidgity and has trouble
concentrating.]
Personality - Samantha is polite and friendly. She seems trusting
because she relies on her intuition. She is quite organized, planning
carefully -- and making her decisions at the spur of the moment based
on her intution. She is interested in people, and likes to help them.
She keeps a positive attitude. She has lost all her emotional support,
her family and friends -- even the people she knows that do exist in
this world don't know her -- and she needs to make new connections.
Special Abilities - Psychic powers, affinity for truth. Her psychic
powers are not unduly strong, but very reliable. She is somewhat
telepathic, but seldom uses the telepathy. Her empathy is more obvious; she generally picks up strong emotions, despite being shielded to keep out the 'background noise'. She may relax themsomewhat in isolated areas, and reinforces them in cities and crowds.
Her intuition is strong, and reliable, and she has 'feelings' that,
when they come are reliable. She believes that her ability to sense
lies is part of her psychic talents. [It isn't, but she is highly
unlikely to learn that.] Her telekinesis is strong enough to move a
small wisp of tissue, or influence dice rolls. While she doesn't have
enough healing talent to make much impression, she is very successful
with is dealing with migraines.
She is organized and extremely efficient. She is a very good
accountant, and her intuition lets her find discrepancies in the books
swiftly.
